where oh where do i begin? exercise eise. i eat fairly well... i just dont know wht i should do excersie wise.

Loosing weight can be hard. I know because i used to be very heavy. First of all Stay Away From Fatty Foods!!!!!!!!! Eat lots of fruits and vegetables. Try not to eat a lot of carbohydrates. A friend of mine told me red meat speeds up your matabalism. The most important thing about food is eat in moderations.

For exercize try doing sports. If you suck at sporst like me joge and lift weights. Be careful not lift to much or you will hurt yourself. If you want to look muscular lift a heavy weight for a short time. If you want to burn fat a become strong lift a light weight but for long amounst of time. There are also special camps that specifically deal with weight lose. I personolly sugjest camp Poconno trials in North Carolina. It is also under the name of camp New hope.

Remember, loosing weight is hard and keeping it off is harder. Don't give up!!! Best of luck to you.

Easy.....magic word.......Summer. You can do all your exercising while outside enjoying the beautiful weather. Start off walking then increase speed overtime until you are able to jog. Allow time for this.........don't forget your sunscreen.

P.S. You will lose a lot of inches before pounds while walking and jogging.

a personal trainer is not that expensive until then jogging and sit ups would burn a few pounds. Try jogging 1-2 miles 5 days a week.

You should start with light body training and jogging, starting off slow would be best for your body, and is a FAST weight shedder =)

water 8 -8oz daily
walk 3X aweek or more
excrise 3 X aweek
