Maybe there are not many girls in the area where you live and work. Like if you are a marine or a research scientist in antarctica.
If the above does not apply, then I think you need to get a second opinion on your looks and job prospects.

Ok. Heres a few tips. Always wear nice shoes. As men we may not notice anyone else's shoes, or care what ours look like. However I can assure you that women do notice and this can be just the edge that you need.
Always wear cologne,
Women are attracted to couragous men, so never appear to be afraid of anything. If you are a wuss and you can't help it, I suggest avoiding situations that may produce confrontations, etc

It might help you to go more often to place you like to hang out, or join a group or club, or hey go to one place in town where everyone does laundry....You never know when and where you will meet someone special. Also give it a bit of time, you will find that someone special.

maybe it is your personality, are you nice and have a good sense of humor. you can be the best looking guy in the wold and have tons of money but if your a di** head none of that stuff is going to matter. i think you should ask your friends what they think about you and really listen to what they have to say, good luck !
