Step 1 - eating
- eat more calories than you burn; eat every 2.5 to 3 hours
Step 2 - lifting
- working out three times a week
- Focus on the big exercises such as squats, deadlifts, bent-over rows, chin-ups, bench press, & military press
Step 3 - supplements
- N Large 2
- American Creatine - 1000g
the 2 supplements mentioned above properly, you can expect a weight gain of about 10-15lbs within a month
Since you don't want to take supplements you can do steps 1&2 especially if you have a 1-3 year time frame.

Gain muscle and not fat! Muscle weighs more and can be sculpted. High protein, low carb, and low fat intake. Do low weight bearing exercise to sculpt muscle two times a week and cardio work outs three times a week to energize and build stamina. Try Palates and if you don't want to look like "Mr. America", use Isometric and resistance training to build underlying muscles that add volume in the right places.

Drink a Weight Gainer and still work out! Don't worry bout cardio for now!
Exercise and stretch the parts of the body you want to get bigger till it burns! Then rest and do it again!
Jessica Alba is hot!!!! But your body is unique and you shouldn't try to compare what you want to someone elses body!
Curls, tricep kickbacks, hammer curls, squats, calf raises, donkey kicks, butt flexes on a ball!

To get a larger butt, you can run alot. Evey year I play soccer and my pants end up being too small in the butt by the end of the season. You can go to a gym and lift weight to gain muscle in your arms or you can look up exercises on the web.

What you need to do is not gain weigh tbut gain muscle.
It would be very tricky to eat more in hopes of gaining weight in only a few places. Chances are that the fat will go to your stomach.
I recomend going to the gym a few times a week and work on your arms and legs and butt. *Squatts help build more muscle in your butt.

The best way is to build muscle, muscle weighs more than fat, eat alot of protein, like chicken or beef, and maybe consider a protein supplement, go to the gym and work out, you will build muscle AND burn fat !

eat more lean protein to help build muscle and do some weight training for the areas you want the extra muscle. You will notice a change pretty early on. To get some good exercises try this link, it will give you some examples of what to do.

Eating lots of oatmeal will help you gain weight. It's important to exercise, so you will have good muscle tone and the weight won't concentrate in the wrong places.
