Just break up with him, he prbably is just leading you on for personal enjoyment. It happens, and, it is kinda funny. Because you are waiting by the phone expecting his call, and he is laughing at you wile he is screwing other women!

He's NOT Your Man...It sounds like he's a girlfriend/wife on the other End....
That's why he wants to be the only one calling.....
