Would you take $1,000,000 in exchange for 1) never saying Jesus name again, 2) never praying, and 3) never setting foot in a church again?

I'm talking $1,000,000 in cash (after taxes). Will you take it. Don't just say "No" and leave it at that. Really think about it and what it would do to your life. Above all be honest and DON'T LIE about your feelings here.

Hell yes. I know this isn't a good negotiating tactic, but I'd do it for much less.

Let's see, give up $1mil or never say the name of Jesus, pray to Him or set foot in a church again. Hmmm. Ok, if God owns it all, and His wealth is made up of the entire universe that He has at his disposal, and He's so wealthy that He uses the things we value on earth as construction materials (Think about it: streets paved with gold. We use concrete. In heaven gold equals concrete) then I'd say:

No.

Well, its a complicated question. I am Christian, but I dont go to church and I dont necessarily pray. I do think of Jesus and his impact on this world and my life. So I would take the cash because I know that my relationship with Jesus will survive if I just think about him and try to live my life as close to his guidelines as possible.

My soul and eternity is worth much more than that. Nothing even death would make me deny the name of Jesus. Riches pass as this life will but the love of God will never end. Money is the root of all evil. you can't love God and money. Money can't buy true happiness only a relationship with God will give you peace.

Yes, and I'd give that money straight to the nearest Christian charity and keep believing. Not publicly worshipping doesn't necessarily mean not believing.

By the way, a million dollars really isn't all that much anymore.

No never. I would never take such a bribe because I know it would be coming from someone or something that has an evil spirit. The money would be nice, but in the end it will only be something that I probably will never have anyhow.

in a heartbeat. i believe in the flying spaghetti monster as the all powerful ruler and creater of all, so i would not have a problem forgoing uttering the word jesus ever again. and when i die i will be rewarded with a heaven that contains a beer volcano and a stripper factory. beer trumps golden streets everytime.

1,000,000 exchange the way to hell? surely not...it is not worth this money at all for 1% reason, cost how long u can keep this money? there is lot of things money can't buy, you can't use this money eternally in this world, then why bother to choose between something may eternal?

Well..... knowing that the name of Jesus is better spoken with the heart and not the mouth.....

and that I can pray even when I'm not praying, even when I'm sleeping.....

and I especially know that church is not necessarily a building made with hands...........
hhhmmm..

What was the question again?.......lol
I would have to say "Nah".... I wouldn't feel right taking advantage of your generosity. ;-)

No.

I wont lie, the money would be nice, and I could do alot here with it, but I cant take it with me when I go. And eternity is more important to me than what that money could buy here.
