Not if you play safely. It's only bad if you don't know what you're doing & take risks that could get you hurt. It's also bad if you're doing this to hide an insecurity or inferiority complex, like if you think you "deserve" to be hurt or abused.
But lots of people (raises hand) play bondage all the time with people they trust. It's fun.
