please be specific, I realize that some believe that they were created millions of years ago, however, in what time period, (i.e. Jurassic {sp?})

Neanderthal period if this is spelled right. Just about the time that the Jurassic period was about to end. This is the best guess I can give you.

This is a loaded question. You already said you don't believe humans evolved, and neither does your teacher. The answer for you then, is that humans first appeared magically in the modern era, 6000 years ago.

H. sapiens appeared about 200,000 to 250,000 years ago (not millions of years ago).
That is the Pleistocene epoch, in the Quarternary period, in the Cenozoic era.
