God is always present, all-knowing and all-powerful. He knew her before she even existed because he made her.

For this question, actually, as far as i know, there is no specific answer in Bible.
But I do believe that Cain has a wife from his own sister.
A long time ago, people usually only write the male name in family tree. So, i think it's the same way to record the descendant from Adam & Eve. See in any family trees written in Bible. All family trees only write the name of male.
So, I think Adam & Eve descendants are not only Cain, Abel, and Seth (is the name right, I don't know how to write his name in English). I think Adam & eve also have daughters, but just the Bible do not write it.
But, it doesn't mean you can do incest with your own brother/sister. Remember, in that time, GOD hadn't gave the Ten Commandments. Once GOD give the Ten Commandments, you must obey the laws (you can read the detail in Exodus & Leviticus; these two books write every details from Ten Commandments). So, for now. you can't do the incest.
In Adam & Eve time, maybe GOD permitted it to be happened between Cain & wife (or it can be said his sister). Please pay attention to the word "PERMIT".
All of this answer is just my thought, please confirm to a priest/pastor/theolog or someone who learn Bible / Theology more deeply.
But, DON'T DO INCEST for if my thought is right. DON'T USE THE REASON "Why Cain can do that, but I can't"
I believe, GOD will be very sad if you do incest. I also believe that GOD hate incest.

Well the obvious answer is right infront of you, in the bible it says Adam and Eve was the first male and female, not the last, so Cain had others to indulge in, should i say, outside of even his own family and Edan. But then the next question would be, why did they get trhown from Edan as well, "I don't know maybe the lord saw flaws in all of us, and because the first failed, we all failed.

The Bible does tell us "after Seth was born, Adam lived 800 years," and it also tells us that "he had other sons and daughters." (Genesis 5:4 ).
His wife was his sister.
With the extended life spans of everyone at this time.. it was very easy..
Eve's own child bearing years went to 500.
Also
GOD Forgives the sinner but the sin is every present.
Because he is perfect he cannot let sin go unpunished.
Someone must pay the price. His perfect nature requires perfect execution of the law.
IF he just let them "slide" he would have to let everyone else slide that sinned all through time.

Adam and Eve weren't the first ones on earth. There were a few that came here. If you read the Bible it says that HE knew us before we were born. Therefore, we were already on the other side and some of came down here first. So, to answer your question, there were a few men and a few women.

You are not to point out the obvious flaws and inconsistancies that bedevil the Bible.
Here's another one for you:
If God forgives all sins and sinners, why didn't He forgive Adam and Eve?

New Clues to a Genesis Mystery
By Hugh Ross, Ph.D.
The biblical record of patriarchs who lived 900+ years has raised questions and doubts for centuries. In the context of current life expectancy (which places me on the brink of senior citizen status), some Bible readers assume the years in the Genesis 5 and 11 chronologies must have been shorter than the familiar 12-month whirl around the Sun. But theres nothing in the text or in other ancient records to support such a view and much to contradict it.[1]
One way to approach the question is to ask, Why cant people live that long today? What limits human life spans to just a fraction of the 900 years? And how might that answer help explainand defendthe ancient text?
In my own and others writings, the Vela supernova (a massive stellar explosion that occurred early in the human era) has been identified as the possible culprit. It seems this event may be at least partly responsible for the cosmic radiation that keeps people from living longer than 120 years or so. In recent months, however, a new and much more likely suspect has been identified.
First, some background. Deadly, cancer-causing (life-shortening) radiation comes from two main sources: 1) the decay of radioactive materials in Earths crust, and 2) massive stellar explosions (supernovae) within the Milky Way Galaxy. Cosmic radiation from supernovae (and their remnants) showers the Earth all the time. Most of that radiation is benign and fairly constant, just electrons and protons moving at less-than-dangerous velocities. But somesuch as the electron-stripped atoms of oxygen and iron moving at hyper-fast velocitiescan do major damage to living things.
Since 1996 Anatoly Erlykin and Arnold Wolfendale have been studying cosmic radiations particle energy spectrumin particular, the high end (above a quadrillion electron volts per nucleon).[2] They have found two peaks in the spectra, protruding high above the background. These peaks, they say, are the signature of a single, major eventa local, recent supernova blast.[3] In other words, the thousands of supernova remnants scattered throughout the Milky Way Galaxy account for the relatively constant radiation background, but the two peaks tell of a local, recent supernova, the shock waves of which would have increased the velocities of oxygen and iron nuclei, turning them into killer radiation.
Initially, Erlykin and Wolfendale loosely identified this supernova as one closer than 3,000 light years and more recent than 100,000 years ago.[4] These features suggested the Vela supernova (distance = 936 light years[5]; eruption date = 20,000-30,000 years ago[6]) as a prime possibility. With improved data, however, Erlykin and Wolfendale have been able to make a more positive identification. This particular supernova occurred so close to Earth that our solar system likely resides just inside the shell of its remnant.[7] That remnant itself, they point out, occupies a significant portion (up to 40 degrees) of the skyso vastly spread out that astronomers would have had great difficulty distinguishing it from the background.[8]
This local, recent supernova may be a key to explaining the change in life spans from the Genesis patriarchs era to the present. Early humans, living before the supernova event, would have been exposed to a much lower incidence of high-energy, heavy-nuclei cosmic radiation. Consequently, they would have faced a lesser risk of cancer and cell damage. And if they lived in the Mesopotamian Plain, they would have experienced less exposure to the radiation that comes from igneous rocks (assuming they had not yet exploited gravel, granite, concrete, asphalt, etc. as building materials).
Further implication of this supernovas involvement in reducing life spans comes from the pattern of that reduction. It can be reasonably inferred from Genesis 9:28 and 11:10-26 that life span reduction did not occur all at once; rather, it occurred somewhat gradually, following the curve scientists would predict for the increasing impact of the deadly rays.
With certain minor biochemical adjustments (such as increased telomerase activity)[9] and a low-calorie, low-oxidant, high-antioxidant diet (such as the pre-Flood humans were instructed to eat),[10] people living before the time of that supernova could possibly have lived several hundred years, just as the biblical text says.
