I understand completely. Here's what works for me. When your hair is still wet, run gel and a wide tooth comb through it. Then, twist it around your fingers and let it dry naturally for perfect ringlets. If you don't have time to let it dry, blow it quickly to stiffen the gel, and volia!

HI I also have curly hair and i love to be able to have the choice between straightening it or having it curly!!

I use moose in my hair...

The best way to use it is after washing (so hair is damp) part your hair.. just do layer by layer starting with bottom i usualy end up parting it 3-4 times because mine is thick...

Run a palm full of moose through selected section and continue... dont use to much (it will be drenched) but you will know when you need more... i always finish it with a light spray of hair spray (dont over do this either coz it will be to stiff)

It is hard to find a good moose so there is a lot of trial and error... just when you find a good one stick to it!

GOOD LUCK!!!

I have curly hair also. I too straighten it. But if it is raining, no way, I wear it curly. After you wash it, I leave out the conditioner, it helps with the weight, I put anti-frizz and a curl enhancer, and scrunch the hair from the ends. I do not use a hair dryer.

I have curly hair too! What helps me is when its damp/wet put some mosse in and let it dry alittle. Then some anti-friz cream and im good to go! I have found that Catwalk mosse works best on me :)

Buy a chi hair straightener. It's expensive but works beautifully. I have a LOT of hair and it all gets straightened in ten minutes with this thing. It's expensive but totally worth it.
