From all signs he does (i.e. buys me dinner, opens doors for me, tells me that he wants to get married to me someday and have kids, tells me about his deepest thoughts, we have talked about opening our own bakery together, etc), but then sometimes his behavior is off (i.e. not calling me when he says he will, seems slighty annoyed when I call him at his home) He works very hard at his job 80+ a week, so that does play a factor, also we are not having sex. Does he honestly like me or what?

guys can and will be tempermental at times and are scattered brained. If he says he'll call and he doesn't (this is gonna shoot me in the foot) there's no excuse. But i don't work 80 hours plus. I would just ask him how he feels and look him square in the eyes. do this when he seems totally focused on you.

Okay, your not sleeping with each other, I think at least the way you have described the situation that he wants to have sex with you and nothing else. I am only saying this because his actions don´t comply with his words. [been there done that sorry]

maybe he has good motives, since you guys didnt do it yet. maybe he's not attempting to until marriage. those kinds of guys are hard to find, so maybe you should confirm it first. talk to him about sex, if he'll do it before marriage and stuff, that could most definetly answer your question.

he either really likes you and just happens to be busy...or he's not being serious when he says those things. if he ever says it again..ask him how serious he is.
