who is to say god created evil at all? In the afterlife perhaps there is no such thing as evil..maybe it is only a temporary human emotion. If god has anything to do with evil he is surely not the all loving god most would assume him to be,,perhaps god does not even exist? In the end I think in life everywhere there is always two sides to everything, yin and yang, etc.one compliments the other, without rain we wouldn't appreciate the sunshine not to mention plants would not grow with only sunshine. It is a common theme in everything the duality of feelings, realities, opposites, somehow the universe seems to need opposites. If god did create evil he didn't do it like here lets have sin etc,,i think it just came with the package, love is so powerful because we can also hate,,but to choose to love and IT TO BE A CHOICE makes love that much more ..I can't find the right word..but that's how i feel anyhow

God Didn't create evil - Satan was an angle at one time by the name of Mikel who had defined God and fallen from grace. At this time God had left him to the darkest depth of the earth where Mikael had used his wicket way to Defy Gods every more and started his lies and desivings on Adam and EVE God left this like this to show Mikael that no mater what he dose everything will even out and the the balance of life will Begin. without evil there is no good and with out good there is no evil. just like you can't make a right if there wasn't a left ,as well as how can we go forward if there is not past... Just think about it..

God did not create evil. Evil happened when people strayed from the path that God has set. As for Satan he was a fallen angel. That God banished to Hell.

God did not creat evil. He created spirit beings in heaven and one was satan. He was beautiful in every way till he decided that he wanted more and rebelled. That was his choice. Now God will do away with him very soon and the world will be rid of him.

God didn't create evil. Lucifer, who was the guardian to the throne of God, willingly transgressed and fell from grace because of his pride and trying to make himself equal with God. The reason we see so much evil in the world today is because God gave us freedom of choice, and most of the world has chosen to not follow God but to follow the ways of those who were cast out, Satan and his followers (the demons).

God did not create evil. That was a path chosen by Lucifer. And if there was no evil in the world then everything would be out of balance. Good out weights bad, bad out weights good which creates a counter balance.

This has a thought provoking message no matter how you believe. Does evil exist?

The university professor challenged his students with this question. Did God create everything that exists?
A student bravely replied yes, he did!"
"God created everything?" The professor asked.
"Yes, sir," the student replied.
The professor answered, "If God created everything, then God created evil since evil exists, and according to the principal that our works define who we are then God is evil."
The student became quiet before such an answer.
The professor was quite pleased with himself and boasted to the students that he had proven once more that the Christian faith was a myth.
Another student raised his hand and said, "Can I ask you a question professor?" "Of course", replied the professor. The student stood up and asked, "Professor, does cold exist?"
"What kind of question is this? Of course it exists. Have you never been cold?" The students snickered at the young man's question.
The young man replied, "In fact sir, cold does not exist. According to the laws of physics, what we consider cold is in reality the absence of heat. Everybody and every object is susceptible to study when it has or transmits energy, and heat is what makes a body or matter have or transmit energy. Absolute zero (- 460 degrees F) is the total absence of heat; all matter becomes inert and incapable of reaction at that temperature. Cold does not exist. We have created this word to describe how we feel if we have too little heat.
The student continued. "Professor, does darkness exist?"
The professor responded, "Of course it does".
The student replied, "Once again you are wrong sir, darkness does not exist either. Darkness is in reality the absence of light. Light we can study, but not darkness. In fact we can use Newton's prism to break white light into many colors and study the various wavelengths of each color. You cannot measure darkness. A simple ray of light can break into a world of darkness and illuminate it. How can you know how dark a certain space is? You measure the amount of light present. Isn't this correct? Darkness is a term used by man to describe what happens when there is no light present."
Finally the young man asked the professor. "Sir, does evil exist?"
Now uncertain, the professor responded, "Of course as I have already said. We see it every day. It is in the daily example of man's inhumanity to man. It is in the multitude of crime and violence everywhere in the world. "These manifestations are nothing else but evil."
To this the student replied, "Evil does not exist sir, or at least it does not exist unto itself. Evil is simply the absence of God. It is just like darkness and cold, a word that man has created to describe the absence of God. God did not create evil. Evil is not like faith, or love, that exist just as does light and heat. Evil is the result of what happens when man does not have God's love present in his heart. It's like the cold that comes when there is no heat or the darkness that comes when there is no light."
The professor sat down.
The young man's name --- Albert Einstein

He didn't.

Why did God make a Devil? He didn't. He created Lucifer. Lucifer was a being created in perfection, and as such, God Gave Lucifer a free will. that's one of the freakiest thoughts i can imagine. We Have the same free will that Lucifer has, so we potentially could have the same pride that got him kicked outta Heaven.
