4 oz is pretty small for a fish steak, but it's about what one person would eat...like 6 oz would be good for one person. Maybe like the size of a small fist? Not sure what you mean by how big...best i can do.

it depends on your perception of 4 ozs.... if it is a tueday or friday....and which ocean the fish was caught it.. all these things need to be taken into consideration
