None. I've been researching and researching and been viewing all the major HDTV's.
Go to Best Buy and ask to see the 42" Westinghouse LCD 1080p (true HDTV resolution). Westinghouse part no. LVM-42w2
Ask them to see it hooked to the Toshiba HD DVD player. Ask to see the "Batmam Begins" preview and the "Corpse Bride" preview. When you can pick up your jaw off the floor, look at the sale price of $1899 (as of June 14th, 2006) and then make a purchase. "Home Theater" magazine (May 2006 issue) gave an overall rating of 92 for this TV and mentions that it could be the "budget surprise set of the year".
If your budget is higher and you can wait a couple of weeks when the Westinghouse 47" comes out estimated at $2999, then wait and get it.
If lower, check out the Westinghouse 37".

the th-42pd50u is one of the highest rated plasma sets on the market dispite it's a ed set the picture is truly outstanding. for me i would choose that because of size & vaule. sony has a great picture but i would not buy a plasma from them they are out of the plasma game now they are well into lcd's full-time & that model has been rated not a very good plasma (alot of dying out in the 1st yr or 2) the jvc & samsung are hd models but the size factor & vaule are much greater in the panasonic (& i know some who will read this & say that the hd jvc & samsung are better maybe but i'm a sucker for big pictures) but you should not just settle on these models their are some hd sets that are great vaule like the panasonic (but if you feel that your mind is made up on these models go with the panasonic & also they have a newer model just like this one too check it out

1. $1589.00 on Nextag.com
2. $979.95 on Nextag.com
3. $1434.00 on Nextag.com
4. $1289.99 on Nextag.com
Nextag has good shipping rates, great customer reviews, and compares prices from all other stores. Personally, I'd take the $1500 paypal and buy the Sony online, and keep the rest of the money.
