I messed up. I'm totally in love with my girlfriend and she means the world to me, but last night she found a used condom in my bedroom trash. I admitted that i cheated but I was totally smashed the night before when i was at the bar with my buddies. I guess i picked up some chick that i dont know, cant remember a face or a name. I dont remember much but i know i cheated on her. I really love her and i dont know what to do to get her back and she wont return any of my calls. PLEASE help me out.

You can't cheat and love someone. It's not possible. Hopefully she will see the light and not give you a chance to hurt her again. I hope she leaves you in the dust. Anyone that cheats has no clue what love is.

Excuses Excuses

If u were so in love with Ur girlfriend this NEVER would have happen so don't try to use the I had too much to drink excuse.

I mean u go out ( u say) and get so drunk( so u say)and u pickup some chick u don't remember( How stupid) to pickup someone and have sex with them and u don't even know or remember( so u say) the ONLY upside is u used a condom.( theres ur help)

Why shouldn't ur girlfriend be hurt and upset over this

So u may want to think about this love u say u feel for u girlfriend

And u should also think about signing up for AA

of course she won't and why should she if you were the type to backout you shoulda known better. I must admit i'm a blackout drinker and i know that and so drinking with friends especially friends that let you cheat on your significant other is a big no no the fact is if you love her let her go. becuase even if she takes you back you'd have to workyour butt off to stay on her good side meaning deffinilty no more drinking nights with the boys for sure and even then the trust might never be gained back I'm sorry but the truth is if you REALLY had loved her you would've never made that mistake no matter how much you had to drink good luck!!!

Obviously you don't love her as much as you thought or you wouldn't have cheated and don't blame it on being drunk because that's your responsibility as well. This is why I gave up drinking all together when I met my current girlfriend. She doesn't drink at all so I figured it was a good time to give it up as well. This way when I go out with my buds and she isn't around I'm going to know what the heck I'm doing at all times.

Like some of the others have already said you F'd up big time and now you have to pay for Fing up.

As far as getting back together with her, I'm pretty sure that's not going to happen. Remember Hell have no fury like a women scorned.

It was so stupid of you to get drunk in the first place. You say you were drunk? I think you knew good and well what you were doing. Admit that you have a problem and I am thankful the girlkfriend found out what you are all about! Take this as a le3sson well taught and deserved! The only good point you get is that you did use a condom.

When you're drunk, you only act on unconscious desires....if you cheated, even though you don't remember, your relationship must not have meant as much to you as you seem to think it did. If you really want her back, give up drinking. Maybe she will realize that you have had a change of heart....that you have matured. If you're not willing to do that, then you don't care enough for her anyway.

Thats sad. Stop drinking and stop whinning. You messed up this time and could again . You have to make up your mind whats important to you. Drink sex or a good relationship with the one your suppose to love. How would you deal with it if the shoe was on the other foot?

go to Alcoholics Anonymous and take part in their 12 step program. It's really, really a good thing.

One of the steps is apologizing and making reparations to those you've hurt.

Maybe if you go through the AA, quit drinking, and apologize to her, she'll see that you mean it, you've changed, and you won't get wasted AGAIN and forget your good sense, and her, and everything you know to be right, and maybe she will trust you again.

MAYBE. But worth a try. Good luck.

I gotta back up abuse_reporter on this one bro, of course mistakes happen but cheating is cheating - irrelevant of the circumstances. You ssaid it yourself, you know you cheated on her and I'm willing to wager that if she did the same to you, you wouldn't be in a hurry to return your calls either.
