I'm guessing you don't exercise much, or you haven't in a while. When you were 18, you were probably looking and feeling great. But since then, you got a job, started driving a car instead of walking or biking or skating, and your body slowly started losing muscle. Over the years, it didn't make too much difference. But now your body doesn't have much muscle, and any excess weight is fat. Your metabolism is slower, too, making it easier for you to gain weight.

Exercise will change all of this. If you are still gaining weight, watch your diet better, start keeping a food diary. It will take time, but if you make exercise a habit, you will see improvement in weeks. And you will gain endurance and strength, too!

Ok thats where I am trying to lose weight too. Here are the things that have been working for me thus far.
** I asked my doctor about a diet pill that would help me to adjust the portions I eat and how often. She told me that Dexitrim Max (walgreens/walmart $25 for a 50 day supply) is just as good as anything she perscribes. It is AMAZINGGG. I went from eating about 4 meals a day to eating a salad a day with a slim fast in the morning and some fruit at night.
** Pilates is a great work out BUT pilates is for toning your body. If you do pilates while your stomach is still big it will sculpt it to be that way. Do not do pilates until you have lost the desired weight
** Walking is just as good as running. My doctor said if I can walk for an hour and only run for 40 minutes I should walk.
** Weight Watchers. If you feel like you cant do it on your own but you cant afford to join weight watchers just get the book. You can weigh yourself every Wed. morning and keep track on your own.
** Overall remember that you lose inches before pounds. So dont get discouraged and quit.

The best way is to see a dietitian to help with your diet, which a lot of people forget and either consume too many calories or not enough calories for the increased activities that are needed to lose the weight. It will not come off over night and may be a life long battle like it is for my family. You have to do both weights and cardio. The weights will increase your muscle mass which initially can increase your overall weight, but in the long run will increase your metabolism that helps with burning calories.

Get Liposuction surgery in India.Cosmetic Surgery is very cheap in India. There is one company that is very famous in India that arranges cosmetic surgery for foreigners in India. They are called the Forerunners Healthcare.I read a lot about them in the Newspapers and about their patient stories.I have also read that they arrange financing for american and canadian patients as cosmetic surgery is not covered by insurance.

They also have photos pasted of their International patients. You can checkout their website. The cost savings are incredible. As a doctor i personally believe that your cosmetic surgery can be easily handled in India as the quality of healthcare available here is simply best in the world. The surgeons are USA/UK trained and facilities are 5 star.If you still havent got your surgery done, you are better off getting it done in India.

my cousin got a couple of plastic surgery including liposuction procedures through the forerunners healthcare in India and is all praise for this company. She is more than very happy with the results.she just paid 30% of the amount she was quoted in USA.hope this helps.

Reduce your meal sizes and have small snacks 5 to 6 times a day.
Avoid long periods of inactivity (TV, computer, etc)
Play actively and that'll do it.

I tend to carry weight in this area also, try eating less at night and cut out your carb intake, hold your tummy in and clentch it constantly throughout the day to strengthen the muscles.

Good luck
