why not take a more diplomatic approach and try to find ways to get her to run after you begging you for it? Examine your own approach and see what "incentives" would work for her that you could use to your advantage....lots to read between the lines here but the bottom line is do you know what pushes her buttons? if not, then the answer lies within you..just dig in and try to find it.

How about finding out what the problem is. Many women respond to comunication like foreplay. If there is something amiss, she would tell you in a heart beat if she thought you were seriously listening. Also If there are other changes needed in your relationship, you would benefit from the extra effort over the long run.

There is only one way to cope with this man. It's called rosy and her five cross dressing sisters lol. This means you have to masterbate and don't even think about cheating because that just makes everything 100 times worse in the end.

When my ex would not put out, which sometimes would last for two months, I would masturbate when ever I needed to. I knew that I could not live with myself if I cheated, so I did not go that route. Today, more people are going to sex therapists as a couple to find out the root causes for the lack of intimacy.

The answer to that would depend on the reason she is not "putting out". But I guess until you figure out the problem and work it out, you will have to entertain yourself.

talk to her about it. don't yell, don't argue. use all the compassion and understanding you have, and let her know you still care about her as a person and spouse. the problem may need a councilor to see if she has clinical depression, a common cause of lack of desire.
