I have heard that this works temporarily. Same if you wanted to wrap your upper arms. Basically its squeezes you into a shape but you have to remain wrapped for a few hours - like when you have a rubber band on your wrist and later take it off and there's an indent that lasts til the skin regains its normal shape.
It works like that.
Its not a good solution if you are wanting to actually lose belly fat. Sit ups are probably best for that.

So what happens when you take the wrap off? Nothin! lol it's a gimmick, don't bother, that's been around for many years, and has never done anything but make your stomach sweat.

YOu will lose weight but its wter weight. The water will come back thus the weight will return. I wrestled in high school and college and we used this trick to cut pounds before match weigh ins. But you will lose no long term weight or fat.
