No. It is just how some people have fun,or get their point across more aggressively or lack other forms of vocabulary.. Some are just plain rude or demented..:)

Well, nothing is impossible so why not? Maybe they're Coprolalia patients. But then, there's treatment for them(well, it said so in that page) so it should be very rare to get to be seen for real in here, Yahoo! Answer.
But most of the people who swear here are just talkative or have a ReaaLL colourful vocabulary that they want to share it with people. <-- which can be quite humorous sometimes
