Me personally I don't think of God in human forms God isn't a person it's energy God isn't capable of loving or not loving God simply IS. But what is love? What if love was merely an exchange of energy? Then the verse which says God IS Love makes alot more sense. It's not that he is lovING it IS love God is love God is in you flowing from within sustaining and connecting you to all that IS. Therefor YOU are love too
or something like that

God loves everyone no matter what. Look at the verses below.

John 3:16 "For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotton Son, that whosoever believeth in Him should not perish, but have everlasting life."

Romans 8:38-39 "For I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither the present nor the future, nor any powers, neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord."

1 John 4:8 "Whoever does not love does not know God, because God is love."

1 John 4:16 "And so we know and rely on the love God has for us. God is love. Whoever lives in love lives in God, and God in him."

Some day someone may come up to you and say "God does not love everyone." After they say that to you they might show you these verses.

Leviticus 20:23 "You must not live according to the customs of the nations I am going to drive out before you. Because they did all these things, I abhorred them."

Psalm 5:5 "The arrogant cannot stand in your presence; you hate all who do wrong."

Proverbs 6:16 "There are six things the LORD hates, (look to the right) Proverbs 6:19 "a false witness who pours out lies and a man who stirs up dissension among brothers.
seven that are detestable to him: "

Malachi 1:3 "And I hated Esau, and laid his mountains and his heritage waste for the dragons of the wilderness."

Romans 9:13 "As it is written, Jacob have I loved, but Esau have I hated."

Man has a body, soul, and spirit. The body is the sinful flesh, the soul is our will, and the spirit is the part that God created in His own image. So I bring this back to my point, in the verses above God did not hate the person he created but hated the part of them (probably the body) that was sinful. For an example: a man can hate his own hand but does not hate himself.

Another way some may put it is that you can hate someone yet still love them. For an example: a man may hate drugs and is trying to get off drugs, but he also loves them for the effect. Another example is: a man may hate his brother's attitude, but he does not hate his brother even though his brother's attitude is part of his brother at that time.

No. Back in 2000, God was a patient of renowned psychiatrist Dr. Frank Johansson. Dr. Johansson diagnosed God with severe bipolar disorder, and intermittent explosive disorder. He would get so angry about people not obeying the commandment that said "Don't fu3king kill people", he totally said "Fu3k earth. Fu3k humans. Especially that no-talent a$$ clown Michael Bolton." Hence, tsunamis came, earthquakes, Hurricanes, Katie Couric and the biggest threat to humanity... Jennifer Aniston.

In a nutshell, God pretty much hates you. Because you watch Friends.

Don't be silly. The bible is sold in the fiction section of most bookstores. People really don't come back from the dead.

Sorry, but no, your imaginary friend doesn't love you, or even know you exist.

You'd be better off to find people that will love you, if you don't already have some. If you do, treat them well.

For all those who claim that god loves you no matter what, then explain hell. No sane person would condemn someone else to infinite punishment for finite crimes, and certainly no-one who loved you would do that - andt this is supposedly a god doing this?

If you have to do anything at all to receive the love, including to have faith, then it isn't genuine love. It's just a reward for proper behavior.

Yes, he does. God loves all of us. He has sent his only son Jesus Christ to die for us for this very reason. His Son died and suffered for our sins so that we wouldn't have to pay that price ourselves. If we did, no one would ever make it into heaven. No one will ever be perfect. Christians are not expected to be. It is just the unbelievers that think we are supposed to be as soon as we become believers. Our whole life on this earth is to attempt to achieve spiritual adulthood. In other words, to follow God's teachings as best we can-but even though we fail-the slate is erased and wiped clean each time. God doesn't even remember each incident. That is what Jesus died for. Once we accept Jesus as our Lord and Savior, we become his children. He is always with us in spirit. He never leaves us. So don't think you may have been forgotten during life's struggles, they would be unendurable without his intervention. We can distance ourselves from him at times when we are not following his teachings, but he is always present. The hardest thing for believers is to forget their past indiscretions and guilt. We just have a hard time of feeling worthy enough because we know how we have sinned and feel guilty. So, then, how could God love us? It's simple. He just does. Accept and believe it. It is fact.

Athiest/agnostic here. And, believe it or not, I'm going to suggest that maybe He does. Religion and spirituality are such a personal thing, and it's all about what YOU feel. If people you trust are telling you that He does, and you haven't experienced anything yourself to make it seem implausible, then, go ahead and pursue it.

Heck, your success story could be the one that turns me around. :-)

There are 6+ billion people on this planet with 6+ billion lives, and we're each going to have different experiences. If God "works" in your worldview, then, God bless ya and more power to ya.

♥God loves you so much!♥
You can talk to him any time in prayer!
If you are searching, God is definitely working in your life, drawing you closer towards him. Don't ignore him! Keep searching! Keep praying!Jesus said.... "Behold, I stand at the door and knock; if any one hears My voice and opens the door, I will come in to him" (Revelation 3:20). Open the door to Jesus.

"God so loved the world that He gave His one and only Son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish, but have eternal life" (John 3:16 NIV).

"God demonstrates His own love toward us, in that while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us" (Romans 5:8).
Those verses really help me remember how much God loves me!

Sure God loves you! He died for you! No matter what, He loves you! You have to trust and believe that God is there and loves you unconditionally. There's nothing you could possibly do that would cause God to love you less. Pray for God to give you understanding and to help you feel loved by Him. You were created by God and my friend, you are loved!! I am going to pray for you tonight. I pray that you feel loved by God! I hope I helped and didn't preach too much! I just know that I couldn't make it through life without leaning on God and I want you to experience that joy!

Absolutely! He loved you enough to give you a free will to make your own choices. He loved you enough to send His Son Jesus to die and cover every bad thing you ever did and will do in the future. Send a note to my 360 if you want to talk sometime about this. I am really interested in your progress of your search.

"For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten son. That whosoever believeth in Him shall not perish but have everlasting life" There are no pre-requisites for God's love. God made you and God has a plan for your life. God loves you and there is nothing you can do about it. God doesn't love by color of skin, how much money you have in your wallet, how much education you have, what your sexuality it -- God Loves -- that's it and that's all.
