If your output is more than your input, you should be losing weight. Are you staying away from these foods? Cheeses, gravies, white breads and starches, fast foods, fried foods, sweet treats, pizzas, sodas.
Are you eating late at night? Eating during the day is fine because you're moving around burning it off, but at night it just stays in your system and doesn't get burned off. If you still have too much fat on your body, you might consider stepping up your running routine and push alittle bit more. It's difficult for me to know as I don't know how far you run or how hard you push. But if you want to lose more that's what you'll need to do. Hope this helps some.....

Try holding your tummy muscles in when you are sitting and standing, make sure you have good posture.
Yeast in breads can give you bloating. Try abstaining from breads and any yeast for 2 or 3 weeks. That would include beer.
Find some good ab exercises. Run more eat less.

I reckon sit-ups cant be beat. There's a few different types of sit-ups, though, and each one works different parts of your abs. Find out about the different types and target the area that you think you need to work on.
