ctrl+alt+del and it will open the task manager, you can view the running processes

Press to activate the Task Manager. It shows all applications running and their associated threads.

Go to Start, Run and type - MSCONFIG , click on O.K.

Select the Start Up tab to see what starts when your computer boots.

right click your task bar at the bottom and set it to show all programs.

goto start-->run-->msconfig
u will see all the programs tha start on your pc when u start it in startup tab.
