He just loves me so much and I keep trying to break up with him. He shows up at my work, and sends me flowers and even emails me poems several times a day. He loves me sooo much, but I just think he is not my type for long term?

Well tell him how you actually fell about him, and that if he really love you he should let you go because your feelings for him are not the same as his for you..........and if that doesn't work just say that u need time to think about Ur relationship

You need to sit down and actually tell him it's over, it will be heart breaking but if you're not interested in him anymore you shouldn't be forced to go out with him. He'll find someone else...

You just need to speak with him, let him know that you dont want anything more with him. Tell him that you enjoy the stuff he gives you, but you want it to stop. Just let him know that he needs to let go of you and find someone else that wants to be with him. Good Luck!!

i think maybe you should think about it. what is it you think he should change about himself. if he loves you as much as you say he just might be willing to do change some things if necessary. but if you dont think it can be fixed break it off, refuse to see him or accept his calls. if u ignore him long enough he might go away. if not get a restraining order.

tell him that u want to be friends...at least he will have some part of u and i dont think thats too much for u to handle...just sit him down and be adults about the situation and tell him that u dont want him and friends is best for both of u...thats what i would do.
