okay i have started to wear make up and do all diffrent kinds of hair syles but ever since i told him that i used to like him even though i still do i call him and he is always telling me about his girlfriends and stuff like that but when i see him in person he acts diffrent like he acts like he likes me what should i do?

Yeah, he's only mentioning the girlfriends to make you jealous. Your best bet is to confront him.

the reason i think he's telling you about his other girlfriends is to make you jealous, but fight it. he's making YOU want him more like making it sound like he can have any girl he wants. ask him what's going on.
