Nutritious Teething Biscuits:

1 beaten egg yolk
3 tablespoons maple syrup or molasses
1 teaspoon vanilla
1.5 tablespoons oil
1/4 cup milk
1 tablespoon uncooked oatmeal
1 cup flour (white, wheat or combo)
1 tablespoon soy flour
1 tablespoon wheat germ
1 tablespoon nonfat dry milk.

Blend wet ingredients, add dry ingredients. Dough will be stiff. Roll dough thin and cut into strips or desired shapes. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes on ungreased cookie sheet. They can be made without the last 3 ingredients, but they add to the nutritional value.

Try tea tree oil for the eczema- on the skin not to eat.
As for the biscuits I would go for whole wheat not white refined flour and try splenda if you can get it there it is a sugar substitute that you can bake with, and it taste good. Adding carbs and sugars will only add to the hyper. They do make a soy protien flour sustitute, but I have never tried anything made with it that tasted like food that humans should eat. I have made several different kinds of cookies with the splenda and my family did not even know they were sugar free. good luck
