It actually isn't any color. It is a mixture of dirt and lint. The way to get rid of it and to prevent it from happening is to get a q-tip and soak the cotton in hydrogen peroxide. Then you run the q-tip around the inside of your belly-button until it fizzes. When it has stopped fizzing, dry it off and you will notice, no more belly button fluff for a really long time.
