This male had no job for about 3 years already. But before those 3 years, he worked as a Medical Representative in the Philippines for almost a year. That was because he knows someone who had helped him be a Medrep but the company closed down. After that he's jobless. He wasn't able to graduate due to financial incapacity. Now he's having trouble finding a decent job because he's an undergrad. He's concerned also of his age if he's going back to school.

where is this guy? Is he here in the US or the Philippines. You see where he is also matters. If he were here in the US, without a BA college degree if he has the smarts and the drive he can work his way up and make something of his life. He has skills that he could use in this country (US). What he needs to do is 1. Make a list of his marketable skills. 2. List up 5 vocational goals he wants to achieve in 1 year and focus to make those set goals a reality- but he has to also be realistic. 3. Reflect on his priorities and the compromises he is willing to make to reach those goals ( ie. work in the AM and take courses at night, decrease happy hour time or leisure time to better himself)
Plus, he has to realize that it is never too late to go back and educate yourself. This is the millennium and careers of yesterday at times are no longer as secure as they were in the past. Everyday people take new risks and venture into new careers all the time.
ATTITUDE is always what makes success. Wake up in the morning and tell yourself. Today I will be somebody, I will try to give everything I do my best shot. I will be a success.

First of all, returning to school after a hiatus should not be discouraging. What is your undergraduate work in? There are scholarships available to those that receive their degrees in particular areas of study. It sounds like you are interested in the medical field. There are plenty of companies and organizations that are looking for that kind of experience. The extent of the degree, depending on if its pharisaical, medical record keeping, even just pre-med are capable candidates. The scholarship process will greatly require some digging and time. Things to consider for scholarships are amount awarded, GPA, classes previously taken and the requirements set forth by the scholarship party. The scholarship process will include essays, a reason why you should be awarded the scholarship, letters of recommendation, previous employers and personal references, to name a few of the requirements. Because you are older then the average aged student there may be special attention given to individuals such as yourself. Another avenue to consider and not too many people like this choice but student loans offered by the U.S. Department of Education. Loans offered through the Department are far cheaper then going through a bank and the penalties are not as strict depending on what kind of loan you are awarded through the Department. Keep in mind the difference between a subsidized loan and an unsubsidized loan. A loan given through the Department of Education, especially if it’s the last two years of your degree program will offer a grace period while in college. In the end if you deiced to head back to work full-time or take a hiatus, you are responsible for repaying the loan. Another option to think about is the use of work study. The great thing about this is you can only work 20 hours depending on the department. Most universities request students from or within particular colleges to fill those positions. Another avenue to look into is your school counselor. They work within the school's system and can point you in the right direction, long before it's made public. Another untapped resource is your state. Most states offer educational rehabilitation for those forced out of work and need to adjust to the ever changing business world. Last and definitely not least, your creativity. The possibilities are endless and its just a matter of making it work for you. That means not living beyond your means. If you can not afford the latest fashions or the latest downloads, then so be it. You are an adult and your not dependent upon your parents’ income for your education or stability. Always remember that whatever job you work while in college will never be the six-figure salary your looking for. Keep in mind that it is only temporary until you walk the stage.

He already spent all that time in school. When he has the means...he should go back. In the meantime..t.take any job. A crappy job is better than no job. He can still look for a better job while at the crap job...but at least he'll have some income. Even if it's small. Get back in school.

i'd say if he has no patient, he should suck it up and go to back to school. if not, then he can try working at like a grocery store and work his way up to higher positions.
