I got this blocked up nostril since I was a kid and I want to know how to unblock it, I don't care how cause I'm not able to get in all the oxygen I can possibly get.

1 cup of warm water (as warm as you can take) 1/8 teaspoon salt 1/8 teaspoon baking powder...use a bulb syringe, lean over the sink, and flush out your nose. The ENT told my friend to do this when she had a sinus infection during pregnancy...it really does work.

Try using Afrin nasal spray. You can buy it OTC at the drugstore. This should help clear out the passages but do not use this for more than 3 days.

You might need to see a plastic surgen about getting a nose job. If the shape of your nose is effecting the way you breathe then insurance will cover it.

vicks makes a stick that you breathe in...well u suck up air and it has the vicks vapors. it works wonders...or buy vicks shower drops. you put it in your shower and the steam makes a vapor..clears you right up...good luck and hope you feel better
