Well, to all the people up there...I have heard from a very intelligent, lovely loving young lady that meds that treat depression can actually increase the rate of suicidal thoughts!

It sounds like you are a bit depressed. Did anything happen to put you in this state? Or is this something that came on suddenly?
I think it would be good for you to contact a counselor. You can talk about what is causing you such pain and working that out really helps a great deal. Tell friends and family how you are feeling, don't keep this to yourself. Let them know how important it is to talk with you in a caring way, not telling you that you "should' feel good. You feel the way you feel and you need to find out why.
Please contact someone tomorrow. Let me know if I can help. I have experience in counseling.

I'm not a professional, but I suffer from the same problems. At least I used to.You need to seek help from a pyschiatrist or counselor as soon as possible. You are suffering from severe depression and probably need medication. An anti-depressant worked a miracle in me.As much as you might feel like being alone,it's very important when you feel like this that you aren't.DO NOT give in to those feelings of wanting to die. They are just feelings, they will go away!I promise..If you feel like that again, tell someone, right away.Or call an ambulance. There is hope. The medication usually starts to work in about a week. Please don't give up!Nothing is bad enough to take your life.If you need someone to talk to you can e-mail me.kalasmom3@yahoo.com.I will answer.

Get some help before it gets worse. I'm no doctor, but I have been through it for years, some mild medications may help, it usually doesnt go away on it's own. Go to family doctor or find a psychiatrist, tell someone that is close to you how you feel and maybe they can help you with this also, support is wonderful!

Well, you could be suffering from Clinical Depression which can last from a day to years...Just know that there are medicines, very good ones in fact, that can help you to "feel normal" and get your social life back on track, so consult with your doctor...hope this helps!

To start with, i gurantee you that nothing is wrong with you. The most important thing you need to know and eventually have is character to help you in this life. Character consists of mental, emotional, physical and spiritual. Combination of all these four will make your life very meaningful and very happy.

I honestly think you would be best to speak to someone in person regarding how you feel. I dont know how old you are but my sister is a counselor at teenhelp.org I dont think they will care how old you are if you really are seeking help. Please go there if seeing someone in person is not an option for you.

in your teenage years all we can think about is about the bad days like for example when your mom nags at you then you get angery ..then you start to think of all the other bad things in life.
so think aout the other side the different story.
i try but i cant help it...i just...get mad for no reason!:(
