For since I've been liittle and every couple of weeks or months (it's completly random), I get this feeling of not being able to breath, and to go along with this I can't wake up, at all, and I've just recently found out that I can only breathe through my nose (which is hard due to the fact that I have only one good nostril) but nothing else. This as I grow older really scares me as I wonder if this keeps on happing will it eventally kill me in my sleep at a young age.

You should see your family physician number 1...but another thing you could be having Sleep Apnia...this is where you sort of "forget" to breathe during the night...there are medications for this...hope this helps!

You should see a sleep specialist. They can monitor you while you sleep and determine if you do have sleep apneia. This causes you to stop breathing at night, and will cause you to wake up with sort of a start. This will lead to drowsiness during the day, because you don't get the right sleep at night. My dad has it, and has been diagnosed with it for about a year. He now sleeps with a C Pap machine which gives him oxygen while he sleeps. He said he instantly noticed a difference in his sleeping after he was diagnosed. Also, he doesn't snore anymore!!
