when I was biking competitively, my trainer said that diet was 80 to 90% of overall fitness.

I called him crazy on the spot. Then I went to med school, and starting body-building.

He was right.

You are what you eat. Eat well, look well.

First of all, don't give up if you don't see results right away. Try to get your parents to take you to a nutritionist to help you with your diet, get help in finding out what body type you have, so that you can know what exercises you need to do for your body. You have to remember when losing weight, you get better results when you exercise and eat healthy. You can't exercise and eat all types of junk and fatty foods. You really have to be willing.

Stop eating junk food, and drinking pop. No candy, cookies, potato chips. Eat healthy. Salads and vegetables serve multiple purposes. Not only are they good for you because of the vitamins, they will also help you eliminate better. Also try walking, doing a fast walk, will burn a lot of calories and give you energy. Also stay away from any food with white sugars and white flour;and drink lots of water

Don't stop eating. But just start eating lots of different salads and fruits if you can. Talk to parents about healthier food (for everybody). You need to exercise more also to burn off calories. Not a lot but just walking is good.

Try either doing regular sports activities (but don't overdo, or get at it gradually, that works), eat healthy food, or going to a doctor's.
