Is it bad to run with a trash bag on and 2 layers of clothes
beacuse am about to do it in like 10 mins

make sure your well hydrated and that you dont over-do it. but it is a good method.

I wouldn't run... I'd do a walk, and watch my breathing. If you feel too put out, stop, remove the trash bag, sit down and breathe nice and easy.
p.s. I've heard of cellophane wrap around the waist (under the shirt) but not of a garbage bag...

what are you trying to do? Lose weight? Just go for long walks with your dog, enjoy Nature and use the trash bag for doggy poo.

Specifically what it does is squeeze the water out of you like out of a five foot sponge. It doesn't help to lose real weight. Plus if you're already low on water it can lead to kidney damage.

First thought is: why?
Trying to lose weight? All you are about to do is sweat ALOT and possibl gyive yourself heat stroke.
Think about this a bit more before you go......
