If I wanted a woman I would probably find a very feminine lady.Is this a psychological issue.Someone please explain

Wow. Not all "gay ladies" (as you so eloquently put it) are attracted to the butch look. I'm not a lesbian, I'm bisexual and I can at least speak for myself, I don't like butch girls. I much prefer feminine women. Honestly asking this question is like asking a straight woman why she is attracted to guys who dress all in Abercrombie as opposed to those who dress in Fubu. Its a look, and there are an enormous variety of looks in the lesbian community, just as there are an enormous variety of looks in any group of people. Attractions are different for everyone, of all sexual preferences.
For a wonderful example of a lesbian who is not at all butch, Portia DeRossi. If all lesbians wanted their girlfriends to look like men she wouldn't be a very datable lesbian, now would she? But Ellen likes her!

I don't know either. I've always wondered why lesbians are lesbians if they still use strap ons and stuff on eachother, isn't that just like doing a guy?
