Yes it can Happened!! Eyes, hairs and all other physical traits depends on the genes that the child received from both his mom and dads side. However, considerable differences in hair colour and texture exist between individuals of similar ethnicity, and immigration and global travel have greatly increased the diversity of hair characteristics in many countries. At least two gene pairs control the overall human hair colour. One gene, which is a brown/blonde pair, has a dominant brown allele and a recessive blonde allele. If a person carries the brown allele, he will have brown hair; otherwise, he will be blonde. This also explains why two brown-haired parents can produce a blonde-haired child.

I don't think so, never seen a real blonde black person. I don't think Asians can be born with blonde hair either.

i know a girl that was born with brown skin and blonde hair, its crazy, looks cool on people naturally with it though! and she has green eyes to add to it too!

I'm mixed. My mother is black and my father is white. And guess what colour hair I came out with !!!!??? Blonde.
Black people come in all shades and have all hair colours :)

Yes, it is possible if you have somebody in your family who has naturally blonde hair... especially if it was one of your grandparents.
