hi protein, low carb. eat less than 20 carbs a day for two weeks and you will drop more than 10 pounds. be careful and dont do this for more than two weeks. it is hard on your body to process the protein.

this diet is the induction phase of the atkins diet.

Adkins diet -eat only protien and vegies. cut out all carbs. drink lots of water and exercise.
