but is better to add some coconut milk as well take out a 1/4 of the cream replace with coconut milk and your Malibu
coconut and rum creme brulee they are great
we sell them in a restaurant i work i am the pastry chef

I use alcohols in brulees often - Malibu is a great idea that I haven't used!!!
Luckily egg yolks will set up like gelatin does with alcohol in it (like jello shots and such) and you would be fine with 1/2 ounce in a 4 oz ramekin, a full ounce in a 6 oz ramekin.
I see a tropical brulee in my future, thanks.

Absolutely... my pastry chef makes brulees out of all kinds of random things. The last one was a balsamic brulee, sounds crazy but it was awesome

yes but not too much because it will over power the creme brulee and too much may not let it coagulated correctly
