Well, yes, you may have had to try to fit in, but that depends on how long you were with the alien. Was it 5 years or 5 hours? If you've only been with them a couple of hours, then you should be more sure.
Of course, this also depends on whether or not you were forced. If they made me do it, I guess it would depend on the alien and their mating rituals. If they mate with you by biting you c*** off (or if you're a girl, some other equally painful method), then I'd refuse and die.
It has a lot to do with how human-like the aliens were, as well. If they have 10 arms and 5 identical sexual organs, then I'd probably pass. But if they were almost humans and I was forced, sure, I'd do it.
Was it really passionate sex or just "running-through-the-motions" sex? That matters, too.

No. I got abducted by an alien too. I got beamed up into a flying saucer. There a team of shiny green alien life forms dressed me up in a maid's outfit and crotchless leather shorts, then they strapped me to a bench and impregnated me with their distinctive cylindrical tools, front and rear. I woke up in bed at 07.00 the next morning with a really sore insertion zone that needed to be rubbed hard for nearly twenty minutes. My alarm clock had moved mysteriously from 23.00 the previous day, losing eight hours! Then the same thing happened again last Thursday. And I am still completely normal in all respects, so you must be, too.
