Deep-fried dishes like sweet and sour chicken, sesame chicken and my favorite, General Tso's, can pack more than 1000 calories and about 70 grams of fat!

I think I'll order the steamed chicken & veggies....

Gen Tso chicken, and seasme chicken are medium (fattening wise) because it is deep-fried you can ask them to not deepfry it or have the sause on the side. Chicken lomein is not very fattening.

there really not bad...just high in sodium and carbs and those in excess can cause problems...you could always make it at home and use low sodium sauce and use brown rice instead of white rice...still good..less expensive and more healthy! and be sure to add those vegatables! and steer clear of the ones that deep fried meat in them.
