i need to loose 15-20 pounds in 3 months im 170 pounds at age 16
is it possible to do this with no veggies involved?

Margarita had a good answer. Any more than 2 pounds a week will back fire on you. Your body will actually fight to maintain your weight, it is called homeostasis. It will start storing more fat, so you will notice a plateau, stop losing weight. You need to increase your activity more to burn the extra fat your body thinks it needs. Increasing your activity, slowly, by walking, beginning cardio or similar workout, and ensuring you are eating proper portions. Smaller meals four or five times a day is best, easier to process. Look at the serving sizes and measure! I was really surprised to find out how much I was overeating.

Not knowing if you have any other medical conditions, I would recommend talking to your doctor if you can. If you have any medical problems, it may not be safe to begin a weightloss program without monitoring!

dude welcome to my fitness program. ur a kid, like me, im 17 though, i recently lost 20 pounds in about 2 months, i was 170's and now im low 150's prettty cool. best part.. i dont eat any veggies, but i also dont eat candy, pop, or any super fatty foods. Ok #1 u need to have a diet. now i dont mean diet, like dont eat carbs, or only eat certain things, i mean, EaT breakfast! its very important, speeds up motabalism!(burns calories) you will also need to eat about 5 meals a day, so wake up eat breakfast, then lunch, then snack, then earlie dinner, then snack. or just have the last snack between breakfast and lunch. Also dont eat any food about 3 hours b4 u go to bed. this way ur body will go to sleep in fat burning mode. Just remember no candy, pop, or chips and stufff, AND LOTS OF WATER about 6 bottles a day(that will be easy with the exercise that ull do) U can easily eat the 5 meals a day, because its summer just remeber to keep your meals smaller in portions. Now for exercise, i started at about 2 30 min jogs on a eliptical machine a day, and a 5 mile bike ride. i also lifted weights 3 days a week. nothing too extreame, just enough to start building muscle so that when the fat comes off u wont look like a skiny kid. now im at about 2 hours on the elliptical a day, 1 hour intervals. If you dont have an elliptial, talk to ur parents about getting one, or a treadmill, or just go out jogging(with music, it goes faster then) biking is also very good, just remember to keep active!, u find urself at the tv or ur computer, just go out for a quick run , or go on the elliptical for 30 min while watching tv ( fear factor is a good show to watch, cause ull see all the girls that u will be able to get when u have ur new body, and see what ur body will look like) yeah so just rember, exercise(moderatly) eat smaller meals more often, breakfast, take some b4 and after pics, they are great motivation. Trust me this will work, u just have to stick with it, u will see some weeks where u loose 4 pounds and others where u loose 0-1 but just stick with it, and by the start of the next school year, all the ladies will be all over u. good luck kid, hope this helps

Ps, dont do any diet things, they just dont keep the weight off, its gonna take some work! U CAN DO IT!

I'm 17 years old. I lost 15 pounds in just 2 weeks. How? My mom didn't feed me for 2 weeks. I think I just ate once every 2 days. I think because I was also very depressed...

Yes, 8-10 pounds a month is a reasonable and realistic goal. Shoot for two pounds a week. Watch what you eat, use portion control and do lots of cardio (walking, running, swimming, biking, basketball, etc.) and weight training.

You could lose 15 lbs. in 3 weeks if u really tried!!! NO SUGAR.Nothing white.NO bread and lots and lots of water.Did i say nothing white,no salt either,nothing fried. You get the picture.Eat more TUNA.

Chinese weight Reduction Tea, works and hurts, too. I think if you drink for 3 or more months, and you walk or bicycle daily, you'll lose the weight. Maybe more of it, even.
