I want to forward all my owa emails to a yahoo account, is there a way to do that other than to forward each single email separately?

To expand upon the other idea listed here, you can then opt to run those rules on messages already in your inbox. I am not super-familiar with OWA, but since Outlook Express and Outlook both have that feature, I would guess that OWA does, also.

Good luck!

EDIT: I just found a web site that says you can forward multiple email messages as attachments. I'm not sure how Y! Mail will handle that, but I know that when I send multiple emails as attachments, I can open each one individually from inside my email program, and look at it as though it were its own individual email. I hope you are able to accomplish whatever you're trying to accomplish.

Have a great trip, by the way!

Forward Multiple Emails Outlook

You can write a RULE to forward them as they come into the IN-BOX.

You should be able to move them all to one folder and write a rule to forward all the emails that are in the folder to your Yahoo email account.

I use RULES in several different Email programs. Some call RULES by a different name, but OUTLOOK calls them RULES!

When you write rules to run again a FOLDER, you need to use the RUN NOW and state the Folder that you want the RULE to run against.

I have done this a few times in sending stuff from work to home! However, normally, I would just have them automatically forwarded home when I was on vacation, etc.

Try separating with semicolons, not commas - as usual with MS software, Outlook insists on doing it differently from every other mail client in the world.
