i have really long thick curly hair and im going into high skool this year and i want to update my boring ponytail wat r some easy hair tricks i could do myself really fast before skool?

wear it down
blow dry it
try rediculous hairstyles that are messy and outrageous. punk stuff. looks really cool.

Buy some of the magizines that are entirely hairstyle and haircut magazines. A lot of them specify which hair type and texture these work best for, and which ones require more or less upkeep. When you find some you like go to a hairstylist and show them the ones you are looking at. To choose your hairstylist look at people whose hairstyle you really like and find out where they go. Maybe dont do a drastic change to begin. You can buy the magazines in grocery stores or places like Wal-mart.

I had the same problem. long think ringlets. eventually i just couldnt stand them anymore, so i cut like 6 inches of my hair, 4 inches once than the rest kinda just went as i got my hair done. I also got a chemical relaxor so its wavy instead of curly.
But anways, Layers look good with curly hair in the future. but there is a product called curls rock, which i found worked realy well, it makes it less frizzy, which is always good.
