You can lose the crown over the tooth that had a root canal but since the root canal removes the nerve and pulp, that part is permanent.

If the dentist got all of the root then you shouldn't have any pain.Sometimes if you get a sinus infection it can cause a tooth to become infected.Check with your dentist. He can x-ray and see what is causing the problem.If the tooth is infected he can give you a antibiotic and pain killer to help.Good luck with it.

doubt it i have a few n they didnt come undone for a looong time so i dont think they can

no but they could of missed a root or got a chip of tooth in it
