Print the picture out and bring it to a hair dresser and he/she should be able to re-create it for you. Sexy hair style if I do say so myself. It'll look great!

Print that picture and show it to a hair salon and they will cut it that way. Thats what I did, just not with that hairstyle.

after you shower use redken mousse
then blow dry
