I've heard that this has been invented, but I am not sure where I can get one as the automotive industry has purchased all the patents in order to be able to continue to make gasoline powered cars.

The Stanley Steamer was invented nearly 100 years ago. It was the fastest car on the road in its day. They're mostly museum pieces now, and very expensive.

Honda, and GM are devoloping this technology, you mus wait about 6 years, these cars look great but i dont want them to know how i know what they look like so i cant tell you.
