I DO ITS SAFE!! IT MIGHT MAKE THEM A LITTLE SENSATIVE AT FIRST........ NOTHING LIKE PEARLY WHITES!!!!

you shouldn't do it more than twice a year but other than that it should be fine. Ive never really finished whitening my teeth with the home kits but you should be fine... but if you have sensitivity stop and go every other of every two days to relive the sensitivity.

Don't do it!I don't think it is safe!Or if you decide to do it,just once a year or more!
