I mean is when you're living the life of God to its fullest and everything within the universe is relating to you in peace and harmony. Is it true that you can see a light within them or a light around them, sort of like an aura that's really powerful? Also, they say that the eyes are the windows to the soul can you tell about a person's way of living, personality and everything about them through their eyes? One last thing...Is progressing in this life spiritually beneficial to the stage of life in the next life?

No one can ever know what another person is seeing. Can you see auras? Then great.

I do believe the more enlightened or the more evolved you are.. you will start to become psychic or see other peoples auras..
They say the eyes are the windows to the soul, but I don't think you can really tell a whole lot about someone by looking at them.. maybe if you are more enlightened/evolved you can see more then what an average person sees..
as far as the last question.. YES progressing in this life spiritually is very beneficial to your next life..(especially if you have Buddhist beliefs) If you are good, and "progress" in this life, or learn the lessons you are sent here to learn, your next life will be better in terms of karma..
