Tsemi. You would just transfer the English sounds into Cherokee. The problem is that names are meaningless and you can't really translate meaningless elements into another language. "John" is meaningless in English. It is the Anglicized version of Greek "Ioannis" which is the Grecificed version of Hebrew "Johanan", which actually does mean something. But this is because the Bible has been translated into Greek and then into English. Jaime means nothing in English so you can't "translate" it into Cherokee. You just trade the sounds.
