There are many reasons, including these:
- They simply hate shaving. They'll shave infrequently, or they'll maintain their facial hair.
- They like the "style".
- To appear more mature if they are young or have a "baby face".
- To hide facial blemishes
- To help mask their face if they have a low self-esteem
- To help give a more defined jawline if they are overweight

for regular guys, mostly because they are lazy and don't want o shave. And, honestly, it hurts sometimes. If you havent' done it in a while, your skin isn't used to it and cuts easy and the blades not only cut the hair but also pull it. As for me, I have worn some kind of uniform practically all of my life and always had to keep a clean shave. Now, that i do not HAVE TO shave, i let it grow 2-3 days before trimming it. Kinda making up for all the years i couldn't i guess.

Because it drives the women away from you. And then your wife is not at all concerend about you cheating on her.
Also, if you're not married, and you accidently go on a date with an ugly or annoying woman (and trust me, there's a lot out there)
it scratches there face, and you will never have to kiss them again. although, if you want to kiss a woman you like, shave it all off dude!!!

Because I prefer the way I look with it. Besides, it keeps my face warm in the winter. It takes a little extra work to maintain it, but I like it.

I insist that my boyfriend keeps his facial hair, good combination with his bald head. As long as the guy keeps it well groomed it is very sexy.

My husband does it to hide his face as he has low self esteem thanks to an ex girlfriend of his......And as he was with her for so long he doesnt think that anyone else could possibly find him attractive, (even though i married him, weird thinking i know.) From what i learnt in my psychology classes though some do it to hide a secret too, or because they are dishonest.....there are other reasons as well but as i havent long woken up i cant think of them right now.

My boyfriend has a little mustache with goatee thing. (I don't know what it is called) he has it because I said he would look sexy with it.
He keeps saying he is going to shave it off, but he has had it for about 3 weeks right now.

i work overnights 7 days in a row...when my 7 days off come...I shave off all my facial hair...it looks tacky...only certain guys look appealing with facial hair...
