It is important to have the kitty seen by a vet, yes. Would your parents allow someone else to drive you to the vet's so the kitty can receive treatment for its problem? Dad has said no, but would your mother be willing to help you get this done? Do you have extended family, you know, someone you could ask to help you with this that your parents would be okay with? I am thinking about the kitty, and how happy that kitty is going to be, once its problem has been solved. Yes, it is important for the kitty to get this fixed up as soon as possible. I wish you real success with this one. Ask God, also, to help guide you, in helping this new little friend of yours. God has answers that none of us can think of. Good luck to you from G., South Portland, Maine, U.S.A.

Try gently rubbing a warm facecloth over his stomach and anus.It is like his mother stimulating him to have a bowel movement,he might urinate as well. But I am sorry to say this kitten is a huge responsibility and if you cannot because of various reasons afford the medical care -see if the veterinary clinic will foster him or the humane society. Do not forget he will need many kitten vaccines and fecal done as well a spaying/or neutering.Food ,toys, litter box etc.Plus he will live for about another 15years and will need medical care in his lifetime. It does not sound as if your Father wants this responsibility and if the kitten cannot urinate or defecate he will die.

OK, this is going to sound strange but a very young kitten's mother makes it go to the bathroom by washing it. Now you know how they do that (LOL) no I am not saying you should, what you do is dampen a cloth with warm water gently wipe the kittens hind quarters. It should induce the little guy to go. I have raised many orphaned kittens before and I had to do this. It simulates the mothers washing. Just do this a while. I hope it works.

Maybe you should have your dad call the vetang talk to them andhe might see how bad it canbe(maybe) he might give in. I know some one that took in a cat that had catcancer andshe took it to the vet and they said it can give another cat the cancer andshe kept it.

he's really young, sometimes they don't poop as you think they would, it's a few droplets, gooey, not like a solid stool. Watch him carefully tonight and if you don't notice anything, get him in tomorrow for sure. I don't know how long you had him so if he doesn't for a few days, he might be in trouble.

KEEP ON BEGGIN. or ask the vet if he/she can come make a house call. My vet did and it saved the life of our old cat.

Rub his abdomen, that stimulates his bowels to poop. His mother would have licked his abdomen to do the same thing.
