I drank for the first time last night. I had 20 shots of Vodka... mixed with something else. I dont remember a lot. It comes back in little peices. Unpleasant little pieces. I didnt want to throw up so I held it in, drank lots of water, and took a shower in the morning. I didnt have a hangover because I had some water along with the booze. I know what I did was REALLY stupid... and i can promise you that I wont do it again. But I need some advice on how to feel better. I know I deserve to feel like crap... but please have pity on a teenager who just learned her lesson.

Experience is the best teacher. Although you had an unpleasant experience, sounds like you are on the road to becoming a responsible adult because you are learning from your mistakes.
Tips to feel better would include getting lots of rest, drinking adequate fluids like Gatorade, and don't skip meals. You might not feel like eating anything now, your body needs nourishment to recover from a hard night.

If you got the shakes or DTs (detoxifaction), your body is going through withdrawl. Try having a little vodka or a beer. Or eat some burnt toast, the carbon will help absorb some of the toxins in your body.

You seemed to have already learned your lesson. Next time take it easy or dont drink at all. Im a teen and I dont drink but I still have crazy fun and I hang out with drunk people, who are a whole lot funnier when your sober.

Rest, and plenty of it. It's different for all people. Drinking more alcohol may not work for you...
