I wouldn't explain to him he is too small. It would really hurt his ego....If you can't enjoy him..and there is truly no way to accept him the way he is..I would just dump him. I am sure dumping would be better than saying to him his penis is too small. Ouch!
Maybe have him please you in other ways instead.
